3.5 miles on the TM AP 8:36 with a 1/2 mile cool down. This workout felt a little sluggish, and I have something going on in my right groin/adductor area that is not feeling so good. Better ice tonight just to be safe. I hate it when it feels like an injury is coming on. Tomorrow I will go to yoga class and try to work out some of my aches and pains. |
