Felt very slow and not that great. Knee hurts... why on only 3 miles? And it feels like March out again and its supposed to rain for the next 10 DAYS pretty much! Ugh. This means rain in CDA for the race??! Still cant figure out the right setting on my Garmin for splits! Sorry I'm complaining like blah, blah, blah. I think I have it figured out now it's lap-pace.
