Ran Big Loop, Church Route, and Smallville to make 15 miles. This is not my easiest long run route. Ran this as a progressive (5 mile increments) run. Feel pretty good about it as I just ran a pretty hard 10 miles yesterday. Building the mileage, should be hitting over 50 per week next week.
