Went out and did an easy five miles this morning.

Did four one mile repeats today up on the dirt mile. I am still yet to hit my time because i keep going to fast. My times were 6:53, 7:01, 6:53, and 6:48. Today was the first day that my achilles had acted up in a long time. On the first two it hurting but i decided to try the third to see if it would get better and by the fourth one was done it wasnt that bad at all.

Did four miles barefoot on the grass again with striders after. My achilles was feeling a lot better that yesterday but i could still feel it while i was running.

Today i woke up pretty mad because i was looking forward to doing our 30/30 workout today but i woke up at 9:30 (which felt pretty good) and i dont know how that happened cuz i dont remember my alarm ever going off and it was still on. So i decided i needed to at least go out and do the mileage that we had today so i went out and ran a 5 mile loop out around my house and went a little faster that a usual run would be. My achilles didnt bother me at all today so hopefully that will continue.
