15 miles? What route did you take? We should run together next weekend if I can keep up. What was your pace today?

15 miles, went well. Averaged around 8 minute pace, typically go out slower first 5, pacing second 5, above marathon pace last 5 (difficult today due to headwind was strong). Would love to run next weekend, hadn't heard from you so great to hear back from you. Longer ones get a little boring by yourself!!

This is the course I ran today: The Giant Killer we could do that one and maybe continue on a ways toward the golf course if you want unless you have a route you like better. Friday and Saturday I have until around noon; Sunday I need to be home by 9.

That's a route i typically love but been staying off hills last week or so and will continue to do so for about a month, dealing with a mild it band pain. A flat course i do, run up to Steilacoom park, then there is a 3.25 mile loop of mostly flat trail that i do a few times (better on my knee). Sat am or early sun may work

Sounds good, I'll email you my number. Give me a call ahead of time to set a meeting place and time.
