940F094 Canal Trail

Past four weeks I ran only three times with the longest being 3.11 miles. Figured would take it easy today.  Plan was to do eight miles at 9:15 AP keeping the splits between 9:00-9:30.  New York Marathon is next week. 

Did 7.61 miles at 2:52 pm on the Canal Trail at 9:02 AP in 1:08.
