The plan was to put together a 15 miler at 9:15 AP. Well got 11 done on pace and then took a 28 minute break and then did 3 miles at 9:53 AP. Total miles 14. So I cut the 15 miler short by 4 miles. Maybe the two workouts yesterday and the day before at 8:43 mile AP (faster than I have been running of late) made today difficult. It’s all good. I ran 24 miles this past three days and that in and of itself is a pretty big deal. Just working on getting my fitness back these past six weeks. I am feeling good about the workouts I have done these past six weeks!!
