April 27th and 192 Miles this year (that is not a lot).
Last 7 Days: Just taking it easy and getting some Easy Miles in there. Ran 16 Miles and trying to keep the paces within the 8:30-9:00 average pace range.
I did not run Cheshire Half Marathon today as I am not in race shape at this point. I will increase the mileage and get Base miles done during May. June I’ll begin a four week training regime in preparation for a Mile Race on July 10th.
