Today track workouts started. They wasted our time for an hour and a half and it was 4:00 by the time we got around to a run. I've been feeling a little sick lately so I decided to take it easy. But when your running with the rest of the guys on the team, 6:40 pace feels like your taking a day off if you bother to look at how far ahead everyone is. Since I didn't know if we were planning on doing some interval type work tomorrow, and being sick, I didn't go berserk and average 6:20 with the rest of the guys, but it turns out Rexus doesn't have any intervals planned until Wednesday so I suppose this was an alright day to go a little crazy on. |
