A.M. 4 miles super easy. I think the morning run high I usually get for the rest of the day is wearing off sooner and sooner each time :P P.M. 6 miles easy with some guys from the team and Tyler. It was a different run then normal because we actually stopped and screwed around a couple of times. I'm starting to forget that half the fun of running is doing random fun crap with the people you run with!
