15 pushups, 12 lat pulldowns, 15 bike crunches, 12 overhead push press, 12 swiss ball pike/crunch thingy, 12 cable row, 15 hanging leg raises.
45 minutes elliptical

Squats - 27kg x 12
Single leg deadlifts - 10kg for 12 each side
Bentover rows - 10kg for 15 each side
Single leg short squats (to work medial glut) - 15 unweighted
