Easy miles around 8:30 pace
10 mins bike
Strength. Three rounds:
15 squat jumps
20 squats with lateral leg raise
15 walking lunges each side with 12kg
15 single leg deadlifts each side with 10kg
10 side lunges each side
15 calf raises (unweighted)
Easy miles though felt like dogs breakfast. Legs heavy from strength, and it was quite warm already. 8:57 pace. Sloowwww!
Seriously easy treadmill miles (legs felt a bit beat up from strength session on Monday). >9 pace, with a few pickups in there. Tried for HM pace and it felt like a sprint!!!
Easy miles, probably around 8:40 pace.
