55 mins elliptical with 10 x 2 min hard, 1 min easy intervals. OMGaaaaah this was hard.

Easy miles around Darling Harbour towards the Bridge. 8:30 pace. Gorgeous weather.
GLORIOUS run. Really great. I got 8 hours sleep, I had a bunch of carbs for dinner last night, and my legs felt great. Zoned out so much that I nearly ran off the edge of one of the finger wharfs into the water!
