15km, very easy miles in 20mph/40kph winds! Ran around Pyrmont, fishmarkets and Rozelle Bay. Got blown into the railing on Anzac Bridge, ouch!!
good run though, hips felt good, and grand just to back out there! Kept pace very easy at 8:50 or so (more like 9:50 up the hills against the wind :)
Came back and did ALL THE STRETCHING AND ROLLING. Felt very self-righteous and superior indeed.
