Easy miles on treadmill as was raining (or "pissing down", KA!!)
9:05 pace and 1%.
Felt like trash as got a tummy bug on the weekend. Good news is I was due for a cut back week anyway.
Easy miles at 8:48 pace. Hip a little iffy. Stomach even iffier.

Strength. Three supersets:
Squat jumps x 2 x 15
Unweighted walking lunges x 20 each side
Hamstring curls on swiss ball x 15
Swiss ball crunches x 15
Hanging leg raises x 15
Single leg half-squats x 10 each side
5 miles with Elan, down to circular quay, then around Baringargoo and the finger wharfs
Easy miles Domain etc.
