AM Good stretch and some holds. 30 push-ups, planks, side-planks, bird-dog, tree, warrior III, & chair NOON Ran up Willow Creek and Mcleod, then back to work. Kept things easy, just feelin out the calf situation. Gonna try to start running daily, just shorter distances and see how it goes. 6.43 in 48:58, avg. 7:37 per mile
