AM Ran an out & back to US 189 and did some speed work in the middle. Felt like running longer, but I'm tryin to stay with the taper. 3.02 warm, 1 mile in 6:01, .50 in 2:50, 2 x .25 in 79 & 79 w/ 2:30 jog rest between each, 2.02 cool-down, Total of 8.27 in 1:00:24, avg. 7:18 per mile.
