AM Dinner time loop, but almost bagged it today. Woke up with a weird tightness in my left calf. Gave it a good stretch, then said I'll stop and turn back if it starts to feel really bad. It felt fine and I just kept the pace real slow. My left hamstring tightened a bit about 3 miles in, but quads are are fine now. Just gotta keep it chill and let the body do it's thing. 4.20, no watch
