10 AM Really nice day out, so had to run! Did some strength, then out & back to 1200N on the farm roads and ran down the river trail. Kept the pace slow and stopped 3 times to do 15 push-ups. Fun to mix it up. Planks, side-planks, warrior III, sumo, 4.18 miles w/ 3 x 15 push-ups 3 PM Great ride @ Dutch Hollow. I usually bike in Park City, but felt like keepin it local today. The fall colors are still goin off! 1:45 mountain bike ride.
