10 AM Out & back to 189, then did my cool down on the last half of the dinner time loop. Did some strength at home after. 3 warm-up, 1 set of butt-kicks, high-knee skipping, and carioca w/ a stride between each, 5 x 2:00 @ 5:40 to 5:50 pace w/ 1:00 slow jog between each, 2.57 cool-down, 30 push-ups, core, 2 x 7 standing good mornings, hindu squats, forward & reverse lunges. 4 PM Took Griffin on his loop.
