| No running. I woke up this morning with my foot not really feeling up to any sort of run. Being a holiday, the gym was clsoed, but since I had the day off, I went for a morning hike instead. The hike was great, but beat on my foot a bit too hard, and it was rather sore immediately afterward. It recovered and felt better as the day went on. | Add Comment |
