| Ran to the gym. Warmed up for 5 minutes on the elliptical, then did 10x3-minutes hard with 1-minute recovery. My legs were really not into the whole hard workout thing for the first couple intervals, but it got better as I went along. HR got up to 180. 5 minute cooldown. Ran home, then ran the dog around the block. |

| Ran to the gym. I wanted to do an elliptical workout, but my legs felt pretty bad. So instead I just did 30 minutes on the elliptical, and 3 miles running on the treadmill. Nothing hard. Ran home, and then ran the dog around the block. |

| Alarm went off, and my body said, "No". Tired legs and no motivation today. So I didn't do anything other than jog the dog around the block. And that felt good. |

| Oh yeah, I broke into double-digits for my run today. Ran a North Logan loop with Cody, at about 8:00/mile pace. There was a thin layer of snow on the roads, but it was not very slick, so I didn't really notice. I stopped at the gym on the way back and did 10 minutes on the arc trainer and 20 minutes on the elliptical for a little bit extra. |
