*** We'll I haven't written in personal blog in...forever. So it's with great delight that I announce a (gasp) new blog entry on my (unofficial) Olympic Trials course map and elevation profile. For those who don't know me, I am a map nerd. I used to do maps like this "for fun" all time, but it's pretty rare now days. Fortunately the holiday weekend let me bust the rust off my keyboard and mouse.

| Medium Workout. Did 14 miles, with 6x1-mile LT intervals, 2-minute recovery. Power Trail to Spring Creek to Poudre River, and back. Intervals were 5:03, 5:01, 4:59, 4:57, 4:50, 4:43. Felt very good, gotta love tapering. |
