Endure and persist; this pain will turn to your good. - Ovid

Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we rejoice in the hope of the glory of God. Not only so, but we also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out his love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom he has given us. - Romans 5:1-5

Never thought I'd see the day when I had more quant cast visits than you. Of course, that's kind of like the slug bragging about being faster than the sloth, these days.

I'm amazed I get any visitors at all.

You guys both left Utah and ceased to matter any more.

At least you can both be content in the knowledge that Rob Murphy checks your blogs almost daily.

Yeah, leaving Utah is pretty much the kiss of death on the FRB when it comes to hits.

Good to know someone is still watching us, Rob.

So Paul, any big plans for next year? Or just general stay in shape with the occasional local race?

From Paul on Sun, Dec 30, 2012 at 19:04:11 from 67.41.204.67

Jon, right now I'm thinking about keying in on the USATF Half Marathon championships (Grandmas Marathon) in June, and the USATF Marathon championships (Twin Cities Marathon) in October. The filler races would all be local, although would probably include Bolder Boulder.

From Jon on Sun, Dec 30, 2012 at 20:45:50 from 107.203.52.135

Those would be some good races.

From Paul on Mon, Dec 31, 2012 at 08:55:32 from 207.224.39.118

I think they will be good. Hopefully they will get me motivated to train. How about yourself, what are you doing?
