6am run.  I went south west on the new Lehi trail by the train tracks.  This time I went to the end of it and looped back around to my house.   I probably shouldn't have run out in the smog... I was feeling it in my lungs until the afternoon... yuck! I felt good on the run though, I was far from race pace but I haven't run this far in a long time.

I love that you run your redbox back, I should do that. I am so lazy!! You and Rossy are very GREEN (as he grocery shops on his runs!)

Where is this nice trail you are talking about? I have only run on the Lehi trail that goes behind Thanksgiving point.

Welcome to the blog!!!

The trail runs just to the east of the railroad tracks and runs from the alpine highway (up near cabela's) and is paved going southwest. The trail ends at Texaco, but I hope they plan on extending it all the way down to Lowe's, walmart area.

I wouldn't say it's a real nice trail, but it is a place to run off the road. I'll have to go check out this trail you mentioned behind thanksgiving point. Do you know of any other trails in Lehi?

I don't. I actually live in Herriman, but I have met runners out at the other trail in Lehi, which is a very nice trail! Smooth lives out around where you seem to be running, I bet she could fill you in on some great places to run.
