150 situps. 75 pushups. 35 pullups during break at work. After my run last night I decided I better strengthen my core.
1.3 mile ski up Millcreek canyon. It was beautiful! My wife and I got up to the canyon kind of late so we didn't have much light left so we skiied until it got too dark and turned around and came down. The ground was pretty icy, but it made for a good glide back down. |
