Noon, sunny, temp 90'

I was feeling like it was time for a fast run.  I was going to do it this morning but the family went to a movie in the park that South Jordan puts on for free last night and we got home too late for an early morning run.  So I decided I'd do a 6 mile tempo run in the heat during lunch.  Miles were 6:47, 6:49, 6:46, 6:32, 6:13, 6:32.

Time 39:39,  Mile avg. - 6:37

Dang Terry that's tough doing a tempo in the heat like that. Nice job not just on the pace but on not keeling over in the heat.
