Ran with Eric.  Saw Cal on the path as he sped by us.  My foot started hurting pretty good the last couple of miles.  Maybe I should learn how to swim.  To bad the Jordan river isn't a little cleaner.

Hey Terry haven't seen a blog entry for a few days. Does the foot thing have you shut down again?

BTW I got an email from Bob. He hasn't been able to run for 7 weeks due to knee problems. Seems like lots of people dealing with injuries right now. I'm crossing my fingers and knocking on a lot of wood lately.
