Morning run, temp. 24'

After taking about 10 days off I decided to give the foot a try.  I didn't feel any pain during the run but after the run it started acting up a bit.  I'll run tomorrow if the pain goes away before then.

Hey buddy Ter! I hope you aren't going to have injuries bugging you! What did Taunia think of a 10 break? Did you get a little grumpy with the break? I can't quite imagine living with Tom if he had to take 10 days off....

I just ate a lot of food, junk food, Ice Cream, etc... to drown my sorrows.
