I am trying to remember that 'this too, shall pass'! Some day we will actually run on dry, solid ground again! Just remember, even when you run 'slow' there is no way I would be able to keep up with you! (You have to be a little careful using the 'slow' word in conjunction with 8 1/2 minute miles. :) )
