Personal:

I live in Kauai, Hawaii with my wife and 3 kids.  I ran x-country and track in high school. I had too much fun in college and never tried out for the teams. I graduated from BYU Provo.

My wife's blog is http://hulagirlclark.blogspot.com

I won't be on the blog for 8 or so weeks.  Had surgery today for a torn meniscus so no running until I'm healed.

Ya, slowly. I can start jogging 1 week from today. I thought I would get back into it quickly but my knee is still swollen so it's going to take some time.
