I live in Kauai, Hawaii with my wife and 3 kids. I ran x-country and track in high school. I had too much fun in college and never tried out for the teams. I graduated from BYU Provo.

My running has slowed down a lot since December of last year. I have a bruised bone in my knee that is taking forever to heal. I didn't stop running completely so that is why it's probably taking longer.
