I live in Kauai, Hawaii with my wife and 3 kids. I ran x-country and track in high school. I had too much fun in college and never tried out for the teams. I graduated from BYU Provo.

It's ok but it's going to take a while to get back to running everyday. I just hurt my foot this weekend trail running so now I can't run until that feels better.
