Well I successfully rested for an entire week and I swear it made it worse.  A gorgeous morning for a run, down to 'D' river on the streets and then decided to head to the beach since there was a south wind and it was so calm and nice (didn't even need a long sleeve).  Didn't feel that bad when running but it was sore the rest of the day.  BLAH.  At this point perhaps I do need to see a doctor, I just wish I knew someone good and not completely worthless like everyone I have seen so far.  If I need to rest now is the time, but if I don't need to then I don't want to!
