SO HARD. 10.15 miles running this morning (7:30am, after my conference call), 2 big laps around campus and 2 small laps. At almost 9 my water was gone so I stopped and got a can of 100 Plus (Coke's carbonated kind-of gatorade), which helped, but its funny to run holding a can. TT: 1:45:51 TD: 10.15 miles AP: 10:20 AHR: 141 Splits 10:39 (119), 10:54 (134), 10:12 (139), 10:33 (138), 10:58 (147), 10:10 (142), 10:08 (145), 10:31 (149), 10:23 (152), 10:13 (149) Now not only have I gotten 4 non-runners to sign up for a 5k but I've gotten 2 of those non-runners to also sign up for a 10k (the same time as the half marathon)!!!
