Gym day #2. Ellipticalled for 35 minutes doing intervals of 5-11, going up every minute, repeat about 5 times. Tried to really get my heart rate up. Then swam 14 laps (700 yards) - sucked even worse today at swimming because my arms were tired/sore from swimming yesterday! The lifeguard must have been worried he was going to have to save me with all the gasping and stopping after every lap! Then shot some hoops with J. :-) This feels good, like this has been missing all along, and I'll be a better runner (eventually!) because of it. |
