Day #14 - 2 weeks straight working out every day! Ran in the FF on the TM, .3 warmup, 3 cooldown, and 4 .5 running with .1 walk breaks in between, for 2 miles running and 1 mile walking! Then did a few minutes on the elliptical before I decided my legs were too tired for that, and joined J on the indoor tracks where I did 3 speedy laps (about a .2 or .25). Felt GREAT!!!! I hope I hope I hope I am getting better??
