6:40pm. THERE IS NO TIME FOR RUNNING! 3 miles at the track with Gitt. I'm having another super low mileage week, not very good coming up on Hood to Coast, where I'm going to have to run 20 (ughhhh, Chris screwed me by leaving the team because he was our strongest runner and now I have to step up). Ran barefoot at the track because I feel like I really need new shoes, the Merrells just don't seem to be the right shoe for me (the VFFs are better). Felt a lot better than yesterday though, no shin pain. Some burning on the bottoms of my feet! :-) TT: 29:31 AP: 9:44 THREE MORE DAYS! I can't wait. Too much to do before then though. |
