Lovely run in Seattle with Lisa & Anya, with some delicious Yogurtland afterwards!  I should have rested today (ankle and ITB very tight today) but today was the only day I could do anything this week.  Will rest tomorrow.  Not sore at all though, surprisingly!

TT: 36:10    AP: 10:40

Finished Girl with the Dragon Tattoo finally.  After I finally got into it I kind of like it.  Liked the Harriet stuff, kind of annoyed by the Venistrom stuff.  Will start the 2nd book tomorrow.  Am also reading (actually reading) Dean Karnezes new book 26.2.

IT Band trouble is no bueno! Sorry, I'm having issues with it myself. You are the second to comment about Yogurtland! Next time I am in Seattle, that will be one of my stops...along with a nice run down the Pier!

Have you read Born to Run?

I've never heard of Yogurtland, I get my froyo fix at BlackBear.

I have read Born to Run - love that book! Why do you ask? And what is Black Bear - tell me everything, I LOVE frozen yogurt! The place by me (Menchies) is very chemical-ly.

I was just going to suggest you read it if you haven't already.

BlackBear is a place in Lakewood by Steilacoom Park that has great coffee and froyo. Atmosphere is kind of like starbucks with big couches, fireplace etc. nice place to take a date or just hang out.

I loved the Steig Series. The 2nd one was my favorite. That one starts out a lot faster than the 1st.

I have been looking for a new running book to read. Thanks for the suggestion!
