AM - 37 minutes on the bike trainer while watching Project Runway. PM - Took Cooper on a walk and decided to do some walk/running to test my leg. Did 60 seconds of running then 60 seconds of walking (just counting in my head, which became tedious!) for 2 laps. Probably 2 miles of running to 1 mile of walking, but then Justin was home so we did one more walking mini-loop for 1.7 miles of walking. No pain! Okay that's a lie, major blister pain. Yay for the weekend!
