| | Morning run from Bryce and Bonnie's, down past Urban Horticulture Center and across the new Montlake pedestrian bridge, then back on Burke-Gilman. My calves were very sore, never loosened up after yesterday. And a little tightness in the left hamstring before I stopped a stretched a bit. No watch.

| | Nice trail run at Illahee Preserve after work. Almost no one else in the forest, a little cool compared to recent weather. Felt great. Easy pace, but maybe a smidge more than 4 miles. 33:30

| | After work run to Lions Park, spectacular evening, stopped and looked at the mountain and the sunset over Port Washington Narrows for awhile. Really pretty out. Ran a good clip but felt a little ragged and sore in the left hamstring about 28 minutes in. Maybe a little worn out from work, and the lack of runs this length. 44:20
