Another easy run with Miles. He is the eternal optimist. He continues to dig for critters. I am pretty sure they are safe in their little underground bunkers.

3 this morning with team for summer running and 3 tonight with Miles. Windy day in the lower 70's. Ron is flying back from Iowa by way of Denver tonight. Wedding tomorrow and celebrating Jared and Jen's b-day's and Father's Day on Sunday. Trying to keep my mileage around 24-27 miles a week. Could be a challenge, life is busy. ;)
