Super Speed Workout! Goal was to do 4x800m at about 15sec faster than my guestimated 5k pace, so I was shooting to do between 2:55-3:05 reps. Did 1.7 mile warm up jog to the track then 4x800m with 400m jog recovery and a 1.7 mile cool down jog home. Repeats were 2:57, 3:01, 3:03, and 3:05
