Ran a loop around the house after work. I tried to push it to get a little bit of a threshold workout. I'm really not a fan of the time change. It's dark when I get out of work, the dogs are still waking up at their normal time (which is now an hour early), and I'm sleeping funny. Combine this with my diet and a slump at work and I've been extra cranky the last few days. I saw this thing on the internet, the 200 squat and 100 push-up challenge. It claims to get you to these goal in 6 weeks. I'll give it a shot and see if I can complete it by Christmas. I have no doubt I'll have the squat done (I could probably do it now) but the push-ups are gonna be a challenge as I have no upper body strength. If anyone has tried/completed it I'd be interested to hear what you thought about the program. Thanks!
