My run was broken up into 2 parts today. I couldn't drag my bootie out of bed so I didn't get much time to run in the morning, I fit in what I could, 4.2 miles. An afternoon/naptime run followed on the rickety old treadmill, 3 miles. Foam rolled and stretched like a champ after. (It doesn't happen very often so when the foam rolling/stretching actually does happen, I gotta toot my own horn.) |
