| Met some ol' running friends for a workout.
WU, strides
6X(3min fast, 1 min easy, 1 min faster) 2 min between sets
Pace was between 5:30-6:00 min/mile depending on the duration and on whether or not it was gradual up or down hill.
Got my legs turning pretty fast and my lungs burning too.

| Nice easy recovery run around the golf course loop. Also rode bikes with the kids to the Valmont Bike park and did some fun rollers. We went during Kelsie's nap so I would'nt have to take the trailer. 13 miles; the longest ride my 5 year old has done without help! Yes, a few tears were shed, but she didn't have my bike trailer to bail out into, so she just kept peddling.

| Cherryvale loop. Beautiful morning!
I'm helping out with the Superior Track and Field Camp every Tuesday and Thursday evening for 6 weeks, and its been super fun! My three oldest kids are all in the program. Its fun to see them learn the events and become motivated to improve their marks. We record their marks in different events each day and the direcotr tracks their progress all season and gives awards to the most improved athletes. Its a great way to get the kids focussed on their personal bests. My 8 yo, Bre is getting a little aggressive in her distance events and pushes herself to win if she can. My 9 yo, Abe is pretty chill and just observes his times without much judgement. My 5 yo, Ali only competes with her best friend and pays no attention to her times. They each have their own style!
