First run back since the marathon.  I felt better than I thought I would, actually.  An entire week of rest doesn't hurt.  My legs were still pretty fatigued, but at least there weren't any nagging pains anywhere.

Thanks, Burt and Allie.

Ya, Allie that pic is the one with the 3rd realm. Aaron spent some time fixing it and then editing it more on Sunday and we found all these way cool features you can change. Neon was my fav.

And, yeah! I'm glad there are no nagging pains too. I think the week off is a must for me. I've always done that after big races. Every year after Cross Country nationals, Coach Shane gave us a week off. And every Spring after Track Nationals too. Its a good time to recuperate and sleep in and be lazy. I think my body NEEDS that a few times a year, at least.

The picture kind of reminds me of those things we did in 3rd grade where you take some Crayolas, randomly and completely scribble all over a piece of paper, paint it black, then etch out a drawing with the end of a paper clip. I'm not saying it looks like a 3rd grader did it, just that's what it reminds me of.
