Easy 8 miles in 7:30 pace. Went to the gym with Lindsey to lift weights and then went to the park with the kids afterwards with a few other Moms. Now my kids are hungry and tired, so we're eating and resting. I'm supposed to go to my pilates class at 11:45 but I'm not sure I want to wake my girls up for it...I just did too much with them this morning, I think. Better go to the gym on non-pilates days from now on. |
