Easy 7 around countryside in 7:30 ave. My legs are finally starting to feel mostly recovered. The last thing to feel great is the peroneous longus again. But at least I felt good only after a mile today instead of 5. Fall is in the air! Its 57 degrees outside at noon! I slept in today because Aaron went for an early bike ride with a friend. Ali got up at 6 as usual, but Aaron just gave her a milk and changed her diaper and she went back to sleep. She ended up sleeping in until 9 a.m. which is unheard of!! She has NEVER slept past 8, and usually wakes up between 6-6:30 so this was pretty unusual. Abe and Breanne woke up around 7:30 though, so that is when I got up. It felt great to get some extra zzzzzs. |
