Easy 10 around Standley Lake and neighborhood to the East of the lake.  Felt pretty good, but a little tired.  Ali woke up twice last night but went back to sleep on her own.  I wish I could go back to sleep faster or at least be able to sleep through Ali's night wakings.  She is two rooms away from me and I still hear her.  Usually when I wake up in the middle of the night it feels like forever until I fall asleep again.  Probably only 20-30 minutes, but that is 20-30 minutes too long.  I'll be glad when Ali sleeps through the night without any disturbances.  My point is, I'm tired and am looking forward to a nice restful Sunday tomorrow.  I think I'll wear ear plugs tonight.

I have the same issue with my son Aaron and his night terrors. It gets really grinding some nights especially when I'm due at work around 4 AM! Earplugs help but take cat naps whenever and wherever the opportunity presents itself. We started putting him to bed earlier and that seems to reduce the number. Good Luck, Stay strong.
